A ruthless gang of pirates terrorize a village and the local
magistrate does nothing about it. Instead he blames the local fishermen for the mayhem.
When the magistrate's son learns that his father is being blackmailed into protecting the
pirates, he independently begins rallying forces to fight them. During the final battle
both the pirate captain and the magistrate are killed. The son then assumes his father's
position. |
